This is a vintage Art Deco Style CASIGE #1015 Toy metal sewing machine with a case. The machine measures about 8” long, about 4 3/8” wide and about 6 1/2” tall at the tallest point. The machine has a black background with and Art Deco design in gold, orange and blue. The machine is marked with an Eagle, CASIGE, Made in GERMANY, British Zone, and GESCH? 1470 on the sewing plate, 1015 on the front center of the base, and an Eagle with CASIGE on the side base. The silver metal on the machine could use some polishing or cleaning. There appears to be one dot of rust at the sewing plate where the machine meets the plate. The machine does not have a needle.
This machine comes with a green fabric? Case. The case has a hole in the top back, back corner is coming apart, but perhaps it could be glued, and there is some wear on the inside and outside from Normal use over the years.
