Very Rare 2 Page WWII German Death Card For POLEZEI (POLICE) Wachtmeister in Nice Uniform
    DESCRIPTION:
Very rare 2 page, WWII German death card for a POLEZEI WACHTMEISTER SHOWN in full uniform.
Specifically: "Polezei Wachtmeister Johann Benninger, member of a Polizei Reserve Batallion, who was heroically KIA on Dec. 12, 1941, aged 40, in Krain, on the Eastern Front, serving the Fatherland."
PHOTO wearing Polezei uniform with nice leather "over-the-shoulder" strap to support his pistol and holster.
Very nice looking card, in excellent condition overall.
Original card, MORE THAN 75 years old, and a nice face and story to a very young soldier who otherwise would be a forgotten statistic.
No additional postage with multiple purchases.
Items are sold ONLY as historical artifacts and I respect any bans of such items in any countries where bids cannot be accepted.
A DIFFERENT, MUCH MORE UNUSUAL, AND HIGHER QUALITY DEATH CARD VS. THE MORE COMMON ONES GENERALLY SEEN ON EBAY.
