these are new,never opened plastic calipers.this item includes two calipers on cards.there is no locking mechanism if you will on these tools.perfect for a home owner,a beginner machinist,hobbiest,etc.i am unable to give you many details about this item due to my lack of knowledge,i apologize for that.anyway,there is a little wear on the packages of these tools.corner rounding and slight fraying,dust,some dirt and a little staining on the backside of each are evident.as stated before,they are not opened and new tools.thank you so much for viewing this listing.
