    the item i have up for auction today is a 3 cent george washington postage stamp. the stamp is perforated 15-1/2.the stamp has a fold that runs in an angle on the bottom left corner of the stamp it can be seen on the picture of the back of the stamp.the scott number on the stamp is #26.  the year of issue was 1857-1861.the color of the stamp is dull red.the stamp does appear to be hinged.i have a picture showing the back of the stamp.the stamp is used.the stockcards are not included in this sale.i will combine shipping.please examine the picture to determine quality. thanks for looking.
