Tested and works but needs some deep cleaning and a tune up
Hand wheel belt needs to be adjusted or replaced because it slips
and
won't grip
Wall plug plastic prong case/cover is missing pieces and has been to maintain plug protected
Wall plug plastic is also taped to avoid electrical exposure when plugged in and in use
Carrying case is missing a latch and the other needs to be repaired or replaced
It's
recommended
to hold the case with both hands until latches have been replaced
