?These are a pair of ORIGINAL USAF matchbooks, such as those as would be given out free of charge to patrons on air bases' officers or enlisted men's clubs during WWII.  Although slightly worn, each one contains all of the original matches.  One was printed with "March Field, California" (just outside Riverside and present day Moreno Valley, CA), while the second has "U.S. Army Air Forces" and "Keep 'em Flying" on the edge of the matchbook.  Here's an opportunity for the AAF collector or re-enactor to obtain an increasingly rare artifact of WWII.  The buyer will have my usual unconditional guarantee of authenticity and a five-day (
not the 14-days that they insert in my listings without my consent
) right of inspection and return/refund privilege, excluding postage.
