Description

Fully automatic under-the-press granulator capable of 25 - 50 Lbs./min.
Features a 19"L x 24"W product infeed hopper, a 63"L x 5" diameter screw.
Three rotary/two stationary scissor cut knife arrangement.
One piece reverse-flight auger, a 8" x 8" cutting chamber, and a vacuum pump to feed granulated plastic out.
Equipped with 1 HP blower assembly w/starter package.
E-stop, and electrical interlocks.
Powered by a 3hp motor.
Mounted on a painted steel frame with casters.
Designed for continuous, heavy duty size reduction of runners, sprues, blow-molded scrap, small thin wall parts, and pre-cut thermoformed web.
