Salem, NY, circa 1941 A Collection of 15 cast metal models (of 16 Sans #5 Liberty Ship), 1:1200 scale, each model in cast metal, painted grey and displayed on a painted blue board with the ship identified by a the class name on the bottom, merchant marine vessels circa 1941. Each model detailed with deck structures, funnels and other details. All contained in the original battleship grey painted wooden box, with rope handles and stenciled labeling. One or two small pieces detached from the models. The Box, 245 x 370 x 70 mm.
    Released to the public at old Navy Surpluss after the korean conflict ended.
