Norman's Jewelry & Loan is a family owned and operated jewelry store in Southfield, Michigan.  Norman’s has been in business since 1983 and our family has 70+ years in the jewelry business.  We have a large showroom located at 24777 Telegraph Road in Southfield, MI 48033.  At Norman’s we have an extensive and ever-changing inventory of jewelry, furs, art, purses, musical instruments, and much more at great prices.
We have an experienced jeweler on staff and offer ring sizing when possible.  Please send us a message if a ring needs to be sized up or down before purchase.  Returns not available on sized rings.
Diamond color and clarity is graded by a GIA Graduate Gemologist on Site. Diamond carat weight for mounted stones is approximated unless specifically stated.
If a penny or quarter is shown in the listing next to jewelry it is for size reference only and not included.
Shipping and Payment:
Buyer pays for shipping
We ship with USPS with some exceptions.
Winning bidder must to contact us within 48 hours of notification.  Unpaid item case will be opened automatically after 2 days without payment.  Paypal is our preferred payment method.
Michigan residents: We will add 6% sales tax. Other locations - you are responsible for your own duties and/or taxes.
Returns:
Returns accepted within 30 days; buyer has to pay for return shipping costs and insurance.  Item must be returned in same condition as received, including all material such as shipping box and manual.
We will refund your money within 24 hours after we receive the item (subject to the item being in the identical condition when sold, including all enclosures).  Shipping charges will not be refunded.
Rings that are sized at customers request are not eligible for return.
