This granulator has been cleaned, repaired, and tested.  Here is a list of the repairs;
Replaced motor bearings, new from PGN
Repaired motor junction box cover
Replaced the main power disconnect operator handle
Replaced the green illuminated start pushbutton
Replaced faulty motor overload relay
Replaced contactor spring in KM2 relay
Replaced missing catch tray safety interlock switch key and key mount
This unit has a quick-connect plug receptacle on the front that was used for a customer dry-contact for go/no go remote control that activates the alarm horn when the circuit is open.  We bypassed with a jumper wire for testing.  The receptacle may be removed if not required, and then jumper the two wires in the cabinet.
Granulator
does not
include the stationary bed or rotating fly knives.  Buyer will need to install the proper blades for their application.  Other than the need for knives - this unit is ready to run!

Buyer will receive the item as pictured.
Granulator will ship LTL on XPO Logistics.  Seller will take care of all the handling and paperwork.  Item must ship to a business address with a forklift or loading dock to offload.
