These are Urethane Coated Nylon Bike Wheel Rim Strips - 2 pack There are multiple sizes available. Use these in place of 16mm-20mm width rim tape.  These are a great alternative to the cloth rim tape that you usually see.They are a connected circle and are very easy to install on the wheel. They will stretch a good bit around the wheel but they fall in place with ease. These ship out First Class Mail with tracking, shipping time is 3 days or less. Let me know if you have any questions. The image shown is a Bontrager road wheel (700c). The Rim Strips un-stretched are 20mm wide, when actually stretched they are about 18mm. We recommend them for any wheels that need 16mm-20mm tape. There are a few images of how to install. If you set an item in the valve hole (we used an allen wrench) then the strip will not slip, then hold one side of the wheel strip tight and work the other side around, we used a plastic marker as the thing I used to work it around the rim.
